Enterprise AI · Private Sessions
The intersection of technology and business, taught by someone who lives in it.
A private, invite-only room for leaders and entrepreneurs who are done with hype and want to actually put AI to work inside their companies. No slideware theatre. Real decisions, real systems, real stakes.
Join as an individual (up to five per cohort) or bring your leadership team (up to ten from one company). Two live sessions either way.
One cohort at a time. Seats close the moment it fills.
Who is teaching
I am Evan Purnama, Chief Technology Officer of a B2B SaaS company doing more than USD 10 million in annual revenue. Unusually, I run both sides of the house: technology and growth/marketing. That vantage point is exactly where most companies get stuck, the seam between what technology can do and what the business actually needs.
I do not talk about AI from the outside. I ship it. I also live close to how the technology landscape is moving, especially the recent wave of AI, and I read it through a business lens. I have made the expensive mistakes, killed the projects that were never going to work, and shipped the ones that moved real numbers. That scar tissue is what I bring into the room.
I will not oversell it. But if you want to learn enterprise AI where technology and business actually meet, from someone doing it day to day, I think this is a room worth your time.
The session
- Rp 5,000,000 per person, not per group. Each seat is booked individually.
- Two live Zoom sessions, two hours each
- Up to five participants per cohort, often fewer, so every question gets my full attention
- You join alongside other leaders from different companies
- Bring your leadership team, up to ten people from one company
- A private cohort, just your people, no outside participants
- Agenda tailored to your company's AI priorities and context
- Pricing scoped to team size and scope. Tell me what you need.
Seeing clearly
Where AI genuinely creates leverage inside a company, and where it quietly burns money. How to read the landscape as a leader, separate signal from noise, and decide what is worth your organisation's attention this year.
Making it real
Turning intent into execution. The core skill here is system design: how to break work into pieces, decide what a human does versus what AI does, place the handoffs and guardrails, and measure outcomes a board will respect. We design it around your actual situation, live.
Exact agenda is shaped around the people in each cohort, whether that is a handful of individual leaders or your own team. Small room, tailored room.
The conversation does not have to end
AI does not sit still, and neither should your thinking about it. What worked last quarter is already being replaced. For those who want to keep the momentum, the two sessions can roll into an ongoing membership: a minimum commitment of a few months that turns into a standing relationship rather than a one-off.
- A private communication channel for continuous sharing: what is new, what is worth your attention, what to ignore
- Regular check-ins so your AI decisions keep pace as the tools and the landscape move
- A small circle of serious peers thinking about the same problems, not a noisy public group
Entirely optional. Start with the two sessions; continue only if it earns its place.
Who this is for
This room is deliberately narrow. To keep the conversation at altitude, every seat is qualified. You are a fit if:
You lead
You are a leader inside a company (C-level, VP, head of function) or an entrepreneur running your own. Come solo, or bring your leadership team as a private cohort.
You already invest in AI
You have paid for AI tools for at least three months, spending a minimum of USD 100 per month, whether out of your own pocket or through your company.
If both are true, you already speak the language. This session takes you from user to strategist.
Why this room
Here is the uncomfortable part. Understanding AI and being productive with it are two different things. Plenty of smart leaders read every article, try every tool, and still get almost no real leverage out of it. Knowing what AI is will not move your numbers. Knowing how to put it to work inside a real business, with real constraints, will.
I already understand AI. Why would I need this?
Understanding is the easy part. The gap is turning that understanding into outcomes: which workflows to change, what to build versus buy, where it quietly wastes money, and how to make it stick across a team. Most people who "get" AI are still not productive with it. That gap is the whole point of this room.
What actually separates leaders who get leverage from AI?
Understanding how to design the system. Not the model, not the prompt, the system: how the pieces fit together. Which task goes to a human and which to AI, where the handoffs are, what the guardrails are, how work flows end to end. This is the critical skill, and it is the one most leaders skip. Tools change every month; the ability to design a system around them does not go stale.
Isn't this just another AI course?
No. Courses teach concepts. This is a small, private working session built around your actual situation, run by someone who implements enterprise AI for a living, not someone who only talks about it. You leave with decisions, not notes.
Why so few people?
Because leverage comes from attention. In a room of five, every question gets answered against your real context. In a webinar of five hundred, none do. The size is the value, not a limitation.
Why now, and not later?
The cost of moving late is not neutral. While you wait, competitors compound small advantages into real distance. The tools are ready today. The bottleneck is knowing how to use them productively, and that is exactly what falls behind the longer it is put off.
What if I am not technical?
I will be upfront: not being technical is a real disadvantage, and it is one every leader has to close now, and fast. I lean toward technical leaders, because they move quicker. But non-technical is fine on one condition, a strong will to learn. If you bring that, this room will pull you up. If you are hoping to stay hands-off, it will not.
